How to Get Rid of Your Beer Belly Fat

How proud are you of your beer belly fat? Sorry guys, but many scientists say that your bear drinking is not the direct cause of your large belly fat. The conclusion of research done by Czech and British researchers, have concluded that the association between beer drinking and large protruding bellies is not very great. So you can drink beer in moderation and not grow belly fat.

Beer drinking does however have an indirect cause of belly fat. First, how many beer drinkers take the time to get off the bar stool and actually exercise. That is, other than lifting the bottle from the bar to the mouth which of course gives a good bicep but does nothing to get rid of the beer belly.

Second, drinkers don’t always make the wisest choices when they are drinking that golden elixir. Therefore, they should not drive under the influence. Unfortunately, beer nuts and chips go hand in hand with beer drinking, hence a little added calories to the beer itself. You will also notice that most diet plans say to stay away from alcohol because it hinders the body’s ability to burn stored fat actively and chemically.

Your beer belly may not be the direct result of drinking beer but does have that influence in the other things you put into your stomach so when you laugh your bowl of jelly wiggles pretty good.

Here are a couple of suggestions for getting rid of your beer belly.

Try to  eat proteins. If you are eating quality proteins and are avoiding sugar  you will probably not have to worry about eating low fat. There are good  fats as well as bad fats.  Many      people try to cut out fat and miss out on quality proteins. Protein is  vital if you want to build muscle and get rid of the belly fat.

Try to  get a good exercise routine down pat and part of your lifestyle. Don’t  forget to exercise your Transversus Abdomens Muscle. That is a big word  for the muscle that holds your stomach in giving you a flat stomach. It is  sort of like a corset around your stomach holding it in. When that muscle is weak, your belly will be inflated and your tummy will look much bigger.

A new exercise that I have just discovered is called the plank. It is an exercise that works the core muscles. Simply position yourself like you were going to do a push up. Keep your back and body straight resting only on your toes and your forearms. Hold that position for 2 minutes if you      can it is tough to do so if you get one minute you are doing really good. You will know you are doing it right because you will feel it in that Transversus Abdiminus Muscle.
Please, understand that you must have a total workout plan tied together with the right nutritional plan in order to get rid of that beer belly.
